ROM Hack What's the list of games

That have been successfully translated to English to the point that they are playable to the average English speaker?
I've been looking through many threads, and noticing that most games seem playable, but there are still a lot of people complaining about them and such.
Sorry... Kind of a weird topic, but any info would be appreciated
