Hacking What's the latest Vita version?

I'm thinking of buying a Vita for Homebrew and hacking. Of course, I'm not buying a brand new one, but a secondhand one. Before I make my purchase, I want to know what version is the Vita's latest version and can Homebrew be installed?

Latest is 3.61, no it doesn't support homebrew yet and probably won't for a while. 3.60 is the golden firmware

3.61 was released somewhere early August, so many people who haven't been using it since last month will be below 3.61. And from any lower firmware, you can update to 3.60 by downloading the firmware files and using a PC.
Just be sure to specify what you're looking for when you're buying
