Alright I installed my D2CKey with wires and played Super Smash Bros. Brawl for a day and then all of a sudden I couldn't insert a disc in the Wii anymore.. it just wouldn't suck it in. This happened twice, I had to take off the modchip and reput it back on to fix this problem. This problem is getting pretty annoying so I'm posting this to ask what's the best way to install the D2CKey and not get anymore errors? And what's causing the D2CKey modchip to do this?

Use the flexpcb and tape the chip down. Also use the ground/vcc points as in the installation picture of d2ckey.com

wire install is just not stable enough, since i use flexpcb i've never had problems anymore.

Thanks, I'm going to try installing with the FlexPCB thing. But does anyone know what's causing this problem? Is it because the way I use my modchip or is it the installation?
