Recently I modded a 3ds with a9hl and luma for my girlfriend (its sexy BTW) and I want to do the same to my 3ds that I currently use gateway with, its old school 4.4 sysnand using gateway with an emunand 11.2, I have a lot of games I want the saves preserved but I was looking at this guide

It assumes I'm installing Luma on the same sd card which is only 4gb, I want to update to 64 GB. And the save transfer process consists of installing the CIA for the game, creating a save and injecting one at a time.
As it is now I can't install some games with the space I have because emunand takes up space. If I transfered my SD card(with emunand) to the 64gb with a disk image transfer tool I would have an emunand that I don't need on the luma3ds install, wasting space, really like the no emunand approach
How should I go about this, I have Pokemon with over 100 hours and all the Zelda games beat
