-3rd and 4th gen tutor moves, tms, and egg moves work.
-pokewalker exclusive moves work
-the game will accept almost any PID
-if you're going to edit ivs, change the pokemon from a gen 5 PID to a method 1 PID and do it that way. catching a pokemon and immediately changing its ivs will disqualify it.
-random wifi doesn't care about catch location

What exactly is this method 1 PID?
Isn't Pokégen for B/W still buggy?Bond697 said:Django0 said:Bond697 said:finally tested most things

in the PID finder in pokegen, it's: 1 (A-B-C-D)
it should be selected by default.

//edit So just pokegen -> load pokemon -> tools -> PID finder -> select method 1 -> edit iv/ev -> search PID and copy it to the pokemon?
//edit Would enabling pokérus on a pokemon cause problems?

Once in the PID screen I choose the Method 1, then I change IVs, and then I hit search. But waht happpens if I don't get the desired IVs while searching, or the shininess?
