ROM Hack what is the latest method on injecting gb/gbc games on vc?

just want to ask what is the latest method of injecting gb/gbc/gba games on VC?
im talking about the OLD VC injection...
not the new VC that comes with pokemon RBY...

The same as it ever was

Decrypt and extract the cia, open the romfs, replace the actual ROM (GB/C ones don't need conversion, unlike NES ones), open the exefs, replace the "icon" with one created with a SMDH maker, replace the "banner" with a cool one made by Asia81, and repack everything!
