I've tried numerous tools, and jpsxdec works pretty well, but with Symphony of the Night, for instance, it only finds like seven tracks. Also I guess knowing how to extract the audio from PS2 games as well would save some time and a thread.
PS1/2 What is the best tool for ripping audio from PS1 disc images?
