I've been using various builds of dolphin in android for switch and can get chunks of games going 1080p fullspeed (Twilight Princess's opening for example) but then chunks of the same games go like half speed (Ordon village in twilight princess for example). I thought people had gamecube games in HD going on switch when I went and modded it...
Also when docked android seems to output 30fps even if it's 60fps on the tablet screen...
Edit: I also know of Lakka being an option and while PSP seems good in Lakka it is kind of tragic for gamecube in my testing
