Homebrew What do you think about my 3DS tool idea?

I want to make a 3DS IDE based on lpp-3ds with an interface etc.
Look up xCode. That's what I want it to be like.
Any C# help will be appreciated.

nononono. The IDE will be on a computer running .NET Framework and will be written in C#. The applications will be written in LUA and ran on the 3DS.
