I am still in elementary school (Catholic so K -> Gr 8) so I still have one teacher.

I hate my everyday teacher of this year. Spazzes too much on us, gives out too many projects, and is very sexist. But she is letting up on her being meaness. One time, I tried to aim for the garbage can when throwing my spoon, and it went out the class door. Teacher just stared at me. Usual reaction is she just yells at your and says how inappropriate it was.

Another time, I threw a fork, someone was asking to go to the washroom, and just went over someone's shoulder and right beside their head. Once again, sane reaction.

But maybe it is just me now... Since she seems a little nicer to me... Since I have been getting better grades but still not trying. A lot of teachers have been telling me I can get over 80% if I tried, but all the time, I never try...

What grade are you in?

You think you had it bad in school?

I had to get up a 6AM every morning for middle school, with the promise of when I got to high school it would be 8AM.

Then I get to high school and they switch high school to 6AM...

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU
UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Spanish.
I'm just horrible with this damn language.
rolleyes.gif

I've taken chemistry, physics, psychology, economics, and whatever my school system has thrown at me with passing if not excellent grades.
Spanish is just something I can't really get. =/

English,
Can't write the essays (well).
I put in like 8-10 hours on each one and get a B... My target is A*.

It in general.
You see, its a well known grammar school. And as such, the teacher is always right.
So, noone questions them when they are unfair.

Most of them seem to hate me.

The amount of assignments and tests and how they are somewhat crammed into a short period of time.

Also some of the teachers I HATE. There's a Visual Arts teacher at my school that sucks the fun out of everything; doesn't matter what it is.

Yeah. We have lots.

People who constantly talk during lecture. I mean, I guess they can do what they want because they paid for the class, (although its obviously rude) but when they are holding a conversation in the row directly behind me it kind of ruins my concentration a bit.

"Pen Clickers". When people are so bored during lecture that they can't stop clicking their pens on and off. Click! Click! Click! Click! Yeah, you are bored. I don't need to hear that boredom manifested into an obnoxious clicking noise.

Overall I don't have many complaints outside these two minor annoyances, but with 4 years to go I am sure I will find more things that piss me off.

I hate incompetent teachers who cant teach their subject.
I dropped chemistry midway because the teacher sucked so much. Too bad, I really enjoyed the subject content

And the whole la la la proper theoritical approach. Especially in IT classes. Easiest shit ever. Why dont they actually teach us some proper skills? Not some meta bullshit

And english, fuck. SAC's (School Assessed Coursework tests) so damn many of them.

I liked maths, but now its just linear smoothing crap and boring trig crap now.

I have like no motivation for school left. The people have never really bothered me

I'll go through each period I have this year:
1- Algebra 1 "Honors" class (normal math for 8th grade is pre-algebra) - I wouldn't really mind it if the teacher wouldn't give so much homework. (most is easy but work is work)

2- Physical Science (atoms and space etc) - Easy class, but the teacher is one of those "I'm Christian and I'm proud of it" types so every time she says Big Bang theory she feels obligated to say that its just a theory and you can believe anything you want *she points to bible verse on her shirt* She doesn't know anything about science so students are constantly correcting her.

3- US History - I hate this class, its so boring, all we do is copy notes from the overhead (not even projector the teacher is stuck in the 70s) and watch 1970s educational battle reenactments. Isn't it enough to just know "the north won" instead of spending 3 months on "Grant and Lee and Lincoln and Antietam etc"?

4- Home Economics (2nd semester only) - First half of class was wasted making an apron to be used in the second "funner" half where we cook simple foods like cookies, enchiladas, nachos, etc. Nothing really that bad about the class but washing dishes.

5/6- English/Reading (2 periods) - This teacher is so uptight and boring and takes grammar and English too seriously. It really sucks the most though when my class is reading quietly and the English class next door bursts out laughing and yelling. Another bad thing about it is he makes you go up to the projector/camera thing and do the entire grammar of the sentence (in this order: prepositions, prepositional phrases, verbs, verb phrases, subjects, conjunctions, compound whats (subject, verb, object, sentence), subordinating conjunctions, indefinite pronouns, number of clauses, pattern number (1-7, 1 is simple, 2 and 3 are compound, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are complex), sentence type, and finally commas if needed.) and after every little mistake he asks the other class if they know the right answer like you didn't know anything.

7- PE - It isn't that bad except for running and having it last period means unless its raining its gonna be 80-100 degrees F

Overall the worst part is that they have the right to after keeping me for 8 hours there to make me do 2 hours of homework at home.

Only 12 more days of middle school. Next comes highschool with every single class I'll have but the electives and PE will be in the "GATE" program so I can get more homework. Yay.

1. i really doubt most people really need to learn advanced algebra, i mean, basic algebra i think is fine, but i think by the time children enters high school they are going to know who even has a CHANCE at becoming a physicist/rocket scientest/etc, and they should just stick the ones that do have a chance in the advanced maths

2. the attitude that "every child is special" (its more pressed in elementary schools). um, no they aren't. not even close. maybe like 1 in 300?

3. nearly every fucking person at my school. every day, i have to walk down the halls, look at the douchebag smiles on nearly everybodies' faces that just screams "I'm the most important person in the world!" and their fucking egos. all the fucking whores that plea for feminist equality and then go hang out with a bunch of chav/"badboy" preps/jocks she lapdances and dresses like a skank for (and also those bitches that have the nerve to hit you, and then think that you've crossed the line when you hit back). then there is the hardcore partiers (which several of those whores, chavs, preps, and jocks belong to) that think no matter how drunk/high they get, how bad their grades are, that their lives are going to be great after high school.

yea, i fucking hate high school.
