I would like to see JSR ported to WiiU and would also like a port of JSRF or a new game in the Jet Set Radio franchise.
A PSO2 WiiU version would be nice too, but i do not see this happening, also more Shenmue games please for the love of god!

Here I things, I'd like to see

- Nintendo helps fund Shenmue 3
- Sega and Camelot reunite to make Shining Force 4
- Saturn and Dreamcast games on Virtual Console
- Sonic to appear in Mario Kart
- Nights, Knuckles, Shadow etc to be in Smash 4
- Nintendo also helps fund Burning Rangers 2

Even though this hopes look more like a wet dream then anything, I like it ....hope that Sega gets visited by the three ghosts of the Christmas carol or something, and start sharing this games with everybody like a mad guy afraid of a unpleasant death, a la Scrooge's style.

I can see ports of some Saturn and Dreamcast games, and maybe, more SEGA characters in Smash Bros. The Sonic in Mario Kart thing has already been hinted at by developers at Sumo (The people behind Sonic All Stars Racing)

I would like to see some Sega IP's be revived by Nintendo (More Jet Set Radio!), but that's probably hopeless wishing.

This, this, and more of this. I would love to see all of these. However, I would consider it VERY fortunate if even one of those actually happens. And I'm thinking the most likely is Sonic in Mario Kart, which isn't really all that spectacular compared to what they could do.

My big wishlist for Sega partnership besides Sonic would be :

Existing franchises

A New Virtual-ON that will take advantage of the Gamepad
Virtua Fighter
Shining Force
Valkyria Chronicles
Skies of Arcadia
Jet Set Radio
Hatsume Miku featuring all Vocaloids making use of the Gamepad
Some new IPs
