I first used BitComet.
But then it started lagging my computer a lot.
So I just downloaded uTorrent, and never looked for an alternative tbh..

On my desktop I use uTorrent, on my netbook I use uTorrent's WebGUI+Firefox plugin so I just right click a link to a .torrent file and it starts downloading on my desktop.

µTorrent, obviously. I've never, ever liked Azureus. Not even before becoming that bloated POS now-known-as Vuse. Download torrents, that's all I want to do. And if it's fast, better. µTorrent is exactly what I need.

Edit: What's the µTorrent WebUI?

I use both uTorrent for my own personal use when my brother doesn't leave his computer on Linux, but when he does, I just use Deluge to do some kind of server type thing that makes his computer download it... I don't quite remember what it was called since he hasn't been on Linux in a while since he started using XNA to try programming stuff...

Basically it lets you start downloads remotely on anything with a web browser, all I have to do is either using a Firefox add-on, right click the torrent and say download, or go to:
http://computernamegoeshere:portnumber/gui (probably would also work replacing the computer name with an IP, portnumber is the port uTorrent downloads from)
which would take me to a web version of uTorrent.

Use this guide: http://www.zeropaid.com/news/7579/Controll...inner%27s+Guide
But with this download: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=45325

Azureus is awesome. The new Vuze interface sucks, but once you've set it back to the old UI, it's better than ever.
