Hi Temp
Please help me decide what flashcart is the best choice for 3DS/DSi/DSL/DSP.
I am Currently looking at Supercard's DSTWO.

Heres what I want the Card to Do:

Play DS Roms/Homebrew
Play GBA Roms
Watch movies/Videos
skinnable menu
In game menu
Cheat Function
Updatable
2GB or more Micro SD Support
Support 3DS, and DSi
DS Download Play Support
Good Homebrew Support

I am willing to spend up to $40 on it...
What other Flashcarts other than DSTWO supports all that, and is it betetr than the DSTWO? Thanx

you should go for an ak2i then

NO, only DPG

if you're looking for a cart that is better than the dstwo, you're not going to find it

the dstwo has everything on your list and is in your price range, I don't know what the problem is

so if i spend 30 bucks more, i get an ingame menu with a nice cheat feature, more homebrew support for DSTWO, gba support, and nice video playback? or is there more?

No, you'd have to convert the video file to DPG format [and watch it with Moonshell].
FAIL. lol I have 2 R4s for my ds lite (1 on wood fw and 1 on origional). if I get an ak2i, the menu will be the same as the wood, right? So ill probably get bored of it. I think DSTWO will work then. thx guys. quick question, can the iplayer play ds games, or is it only for gba and emulation?

should be only $20 more

anti-piracy in the card, pokemon black/white worked perfectly on it from day 1

also the support of the supercard team who support their cards for a long time

to your edit: no iplayer can't play ds ROMs, and the wood menu isn't the same as acekard, however it is very similar and based off of the AKAIO one

Well, DivX files don't play that well. The best video playback files for the DSTWO are AVI files.

And no the IPlayer can't play DS games IIRC.

Do avi files play well, with no lag? Is the quality good? do dpg files play on it also? Thanks and sorry for all the questions.
N00b question: what iirc? (sorry too lazy to google it)

umm.... anti anti piracy.... let's just call it pro piracy

iirc=if i recall correctly

yes it does play avi files well, there are 2 guides on optimizing video for iplayer if you want (here and here)

it does also play dpg (moonshell 2)
