The box is gone, but if you look at the bottom of the screen there is a "fast reply button" click it and the box opens up like it used to...

You guys forgot to mention that some of the old mods were promoted to Global Moderators like Jumpman and Puck. Don't know if that's really important or not, but I guess djgarf being Supervisor is more important, I better watch out now!

Just go to your controls, under board settings you can set it so fast reply is always open.
