Gaming Weird promblen with Windows Media Center

Whenever I try to watch videos, the sides have a black border around them, making it a 4:3 ratio, even though I have set to 16:9. I messed with my options, but still no change.

It wasn't like this before. Why did this start happening all of sudden?
