Hacking weird cheat look?

When I try to use cheats for Animal Crossing, they appear like this, I know it's bad quality, but you can see that most of the titles are blank, if I open a set, the cheats inside are weird symbols and stuff, the cheats are in English for other games, how do I get the Animal Crossing ones in English?

My card is a R4 SDHC Upgrade Revolution if that matters.

Anyways, try updating. This has been a problem for a while now, If you would take the time to look through the forums.

just delete all the cheat related files from your sd card
download the latest cheat database from cheats.gbatemp.net!
