well paypal is worthless didn't get my freaking refund

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.

How the hell am I same through paypal when you have people running scam through it

That's why you use Paypal and link it to a credit card. That way you have two dispute options. Although I agree that it sucks, that website is hella shady. If it's not a known webretailer (ebay, amazon, barnesandnoble, half.com, dealextreme, realhotstuff, etc) just post in a site like this in the future, and we'll give you our honest opinions about the site.

I don't know what browser you're using, but the site looks like the kind of pages with "typo-domains" to me using Chrome.

Like the ones when you miss out www. at the beginning you go to a random site with garbage ads.

first off before i would not have bought anything from that scam web I ask questions here no one responded , they thought I was advertising, I checked google, I had my doubts but the only reason why I purchased was because they had paypal option. and now paypal is a worthless piece of scrap that talks about security when they have anybody claiming a scam business through how safe is that, weren't they suppose to check, when someone claiming to be a business sign up with them

These days I wouldn't trust anything out of China. Have stuff that came from sites like Dealextreme which have an extremely reliable reputation, however eBay or pretty much anything else that sells out of China I avoid at all costs. Sure, you may pay a bit more elsewhere but I think it's worth it to not get scammed, but then again there are a lot of sites that people have never heard of that might or might not be scammers out to get your money and not give you the product you ordered.
