Thanks, it worked! Surprised it didn't take up to 2 minutes to create the save file, it only took me about 10 seconds to create it.

Seems to freeze when downloading microgames from the Ninsoft store, but saves correctly any custom-made games. Using DSTT with YSMenu and Moonshell as loader.

Having the same problem. Any news in a way to fix this ? i really want to share microgames, but this problem also happens when you download a game from other persona via Wi-fi OR Wireless.

My problem was a bit different. I could go to the Ninsoft store, and download the game alright, but when I went to save it, my shelf was empty...and it wouldn't save, either. So not only did I not get to keep the game, but it looks like all my other games were deleted as well. Serves me right for pirating, I guess. I'm on TTMenu_V1.17a02 running YSMenu with the unpatched rom and the fixed extinfo.dat. If there's a fix for this at any point, that'd be cool, but otherwise I'll probably just buy the game.

Well... Found the source of the error code. It was a "patched" rom that I had downloaded.

Now... I got blackscreen when YSMenu finishes loading! Horray x_x/

How did you fix the blackscreen after loading warioware?
I've got the same problem

1. I start YSMenu on my original R4
2. When its done with making a save file for warioware
3. 2 black screens
4. I already patched the warioware rom with this guide http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=216084

Yeah, that and the savlib.dat that doesn't create the correct .sav file, are the only problem that WarioWare DIY have.

you DONT PATCH the rom genius.

the infolib fixes that.

I need to know how to play this. I...

1. Take the clean rom and put it on my TTDS
2. Take the extracted files and put them in my TTDS Folder. Not the drive.
3. Overwrite all.
4. Black screen.

I think that the problems with loading the game for some people is because the savlib.dat isn't creating the 32 mb save file fine (corrupted).
We need a proper savlib.dat that create the correct 32 mb .sav file.

I tried a savlib.dat in a pack for r4 users, and didn't work, also i tried myself to edit a savlib to add 0xff support and still get a error after YSMenu creates the file.

Try this my wario works after that.

backup your stuff.
re-format SD
put stuff back.
add the files to your TTMenu.
use clean rom.
let the rom create the sav.

then you can play and use the store.

worked for me.

Can you confirm you can actually download games from the store and save them? This is what I did:
Backed up everything
Formated my SD Card
Put a fresh DSTT menu 1.17a12, with the new DAT files and a fresh, non patched ROM
Played Mona's Microgames, then created a sprite for Wario's Microgame
Went to the distribution center, then WFC, then Ninsoft Store, and downloaded a game from there
Played the game, then when dragging the cart from the hand to the shelf the game froze. Or maybe it takes a long time to save? The sav file is 32mb.

If I use a 2GB sd card it works (haven't tried saving). I still can't get it to work in my son's 4gb sd card.

Try using the save that i posted before.

I tried it. It works on my 2GB sd card. Won't work in my son's 4GB. I even formatted it using the panasonic formatter.

Also, you updated extinfo.dat AND infolib.dat?

Yes, I copied the DATs. Works on a 2GB card, but not on a 4GB card (with 300MB free).

This hack seems to work but when you make a game and save it and then make another game, the first game becomes a duplicate of the second game so you have two copies of the last game you made
Anyone else experience this?

tried reformatting and letting it make it's own save, still freezes when I try and save a ninstore game - everything else seems to work fine though

Works, but won't save, I can create a game and all, but I save and quit, go back to the saveslots, and don't find it. It's like I never did anything.

It even says "Saving", never freezes, but still
