I found a PSVita for 70€, is it worth to buy?
What are the homebrews? Is there the possibility to download cracked games from something like freeshop for the 3ds? Or I just need a sd and games on it?

First thing if you need to check is that Vita firmware. If it's 3.60 or lower, you are good to go (just need a memory card, or a SD2Vita adapter + microSD).

If it's 3.61+, then forget about free games.
