Hacking Waninkoko save game manager ret=-1

For some reaosn I cannot dump save files to my SD card. I have a FAT16 formated SD card. Homebrew, DLC, VC/Wiiware work fine off it. However I always get ret=-1 when dumping to the sd card. It mounts it fine though.

EDIT:

Now it says "Ok" and gives no error except nothing new is present on the SD card.

i get same error when i tried to install my save back to the wii..
