If this is the first time,as sav created on NDS is likely fragmented,so MOVING to PC then copying from PC back will do
Halt.
I run other roms,it still show this.

Well i was Pm'ing with Xenon++, and my card(R4 Deluxe) uses waio in this form:
-YSMenu as the Default Firmware (better said, Ysmenu.nds renamed and DLDI patched to _DS_MENU.DAT)
-YSMenu INI File modified to load woodR4SDHC.nds as the default rom (Loads it automatically for Noobs XD)
- When I get the error mentioned above(Sd card icon freezeng) I just open the configuration menu and re-save it Again, that fixes the problem, almost majority of the games.
-When the re-save of configuration save don't works (happened whit pokemon black) is 'cause a SD problem, you need to reformat it, or for example, whit pokemon black, I use pokesav to re-sav my file, copy it to PC and paste to SD Again, it fixes the problem.(Same whit Zelda Spirit Tracks, the save size is 1mb, so I needed to convert my 512mb sav to avoid freeze)
This my conclusion (or theory): the Configuratioon file from Wood needs to be updated, with the "last save" ini file to work fine, also, if wood identifies a rom with a specific save file size, and the one used is of a diferent size(For example: Zelda Spirit Tracks uses 1mb save, and if you use a 512mb one), it will freeze :S.
