Hacking WAD Order

Is there a way to orginize my WADS? for some reason I have this one space that it won't put a WAD in on my main screen I didn't know if there was a APP out there that would let me put them in some sort of order?

yawmm and mmm and probably other wad managers have folder support, so u can organize your wads into folders
