but you are right the 0815 user dosnet profit from it but hacker can maybe look deper in the system workings and search for exploits in the fw

Games are probably different, but applications aren't. (How do you know if it's an application? Launch a game, then launch something else to see if it asks you to close the game.)
The niconico app updates, like, everyday, and if it's outdated, it won't let you use it.
