I was going though a pile of videos on youtube, when i near shat myself because you can have video intros.
What i have gathered that i need to do is:

Pre-loader.
CrazyIntro.

So, how do i install pre-loader and how do i get crazyintro running.

Any guides.
I'm also worried about preloader over-writing bootmii or something.

I'm still on 4.0, could i also find an updater from wiankaio or something, because when i went though Nintendo it fucked all my cIOS's up

BootMii runs before preloader, so that isn't an issue.
Basically, you need to install preloader, then turn your wii on while holding reset to access the preloader menu. From there you can 'install' the crazyintro dol and set the autoboot to 'installed dol'. Then you can mess around with the crazyintro settings to get the look that you want.

One more question, i just read the crazy intro readme and

QUOTE said:
A customizable intro program to use along with preloader,
Put your opening picture as boot.jpg and music as boot.mp3 in
the root of the sd card... and install this as an autoboot dol
for preloader.

Jpeg, wait that's not a video...

Typo, or you use .avi or something

Crazy intro can do effects like spinning and fading that look quite cool, but there was also a separate video version released.

AVI didn't work for me, it had to be WMV as detailed in the XML file (which had to be at SD root with boot.wmv). Let us know how you get on and try and post a video of the results if possible. Good luck

BTW, I've currently got the XBOX boot up screen on mine, just to confuse my mates
