Hardware Very unstable internet connection on my 3DS system

Yo,

on my 3DS (and 2DS) System i got a very unstable internet connection.
This means:

• Download attempts on eShop ends with an error, i have to restart the download or i'll let it download via standby mode
• Videos doesn't load properly (ends with an error)
• Some pictures on eShop won't load
• Design menu won't load properly (ends with an error again)
• Many other internet related things won't load properly

Except the Internet Browser, it does his job as it should.

I have this issue since 3 years now. For me today it's very annoying and i want to get rid of this.
I don't believe that it's my connection. I can download 1,8MB/s and i can watch videos on 1080p/60fps without stutterings. Also online gaming on PC/PS3 works without stutterings (Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Team Fortress 2 runs very well)

Also there are 2 rooms between the 3DS systems, also for the PC. (i also can sit next to the router, won't help at all)

Seems like a very uncommon problem..

mine does the same and i just got it, took me at least 5 tries to finally upgrade firmware
