Emulation VBA sav to M3 Sakura compatible file?

I want to know if thier is a way to convert a sav file from VBA to work with M3 Sakura. Because taking the save file from the VBA, M3 Sakura wont read it. So anyway to get it to work? The .sav file from VBA is 64 kb. and the .sav files from Sakura are 128 kb.

have you tried letting it run the program once and then overwriting that sav?

yes. it doesnt read it tho is the prob. it acts like nothing is their and then overites it with a new one.
