Just download the zip according to your game and dig out the No Outline patch within the group. Make sure to rename it to code.ips if that's really all you want.

I think the new patches are broken.ok just tried it, the no outline worked but the pokemon are on black color.

Games starts fine. Plays the animation on title screen and plays the music, but when you click on a button, it crashes.

It won't work using the new merge tool either. I was trying Python because the code.ips produced by the new merge tool and old merge tools were both broken.use python3.

yeh. I always try to keep the ips as small as possible... and I forgot to add extrac offset shift to the original base.WalkSpeed1.75x for 1.1 doesn't work either. The game doesn't crash, but there is no faster walking/running.
