Gaming usercheat not working on supercard dstwo for pokemon black

I do what the description of the code tells me to do and nothing happens, any help or ideas why?

Uh do you have the codes in the right place?
Do you have the universal mod code on? the "(m) must be on" or something code?
Are they for the right region?

Yeah the codes work fine for my other games, I downloaded the file from here.

Maybe try to get a cheat file from else where. I have a FFTA cheat file from here that didnt work, but one from another site did.
