Hello!

Thanks for your help in advance

I'm running Homebrew and USB Loader GX, 3.0 r1271.

It will show the games on my SanDisk Ultra Backup 32GB which appears to be compatible on the list on wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/USB_Devices_Compatibility_List

Syscheck below.

Are the game images self-made or "alternatively legal"?
Thanks for your reply.

Well I own a few Wii games but they have become unreadable so I have sourced the wbfs' elsewhere. They are saved on a FAT 32 Drive

I wasn't aware of the troubleshooting guide. I will give that a go this evening.

Thanks

You're missing priiloader and bootmii (and probably a nand backup). It's not going to resolve your issue, but I'd say it's actually even more important. If you drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do.

Also, make sure your using the latest version of usbloader gx from oscwii.org. Your cios looks fine, so the issue is either an outdated usbloader, a bad rip, or a problematic usb

Edit: also your ios36 is patched which isn't generally recommended. But not something that would cause the issue you're describing.

Honestly, I don't know if the check sum of the self-made images will match the "reference" one. Probably yes. In any case, it is worth checking the integrity of the images.
And by the way, yes, on Wii it is preferable to play with images located on USB-HDD.

Thanks for your reply. I'll come back to you both with my results.

- What drive are you using? It should be formatted as Fat32 32kb cluster size and plugged in port 0.
- When you first launch USBLoaderGX, does your usb drive passes the "usb initiation" screen, without showing the countdown?
- Any of your games appear in USBLoaderGX's home screen? If not, make sure the drive path in the settings is set to port 0.
- Use WiiBackupManager to check the hash of your wbfs files, it's under tools, it'll tell you if any of them are corrupted.
