Hacking USB Loader GX

TitleID is right, I checked on the apps you told me and everything is fine, file ain't write protected.
I already tried to force NTSC + English, same result...

When you say just dance mod maybe youre refering to just dance unlimited party?

If that so you need base 38

Install that wad file using wad manager,i use wiimod lite

That fix the problem using usbloader gx,strangely it still blackscreen when you use wiiflow lite

I have base 38, just check my syscheck.. Should I install this one instead? I have the cIOS Hermes version

So I tried to use the base 57 which is cIOS 250 to me.
this is what happens.
I took picture of my game load as well. :

With 222, it just gets back to HC or Wii menu as I said.
I checked titleID again, but everything looks fine (to me, at least..)
It boots with Dolphin, and works just fine..

Accordimg your syscheck result youre using v6 hermes cios, mine is v4
try to install it, see if theres any diffrence

1) Sharing WAD is illegal, it contains nintendo's official code in it.

2) don't suggest installing wad as a solution, random users finding your post will do that on their vWii too !
Sharing wad as "the ultimate solution" will only give bad idea to users seeing your solution and will try to install wad on vWii.
always suggest to use the installer instead, so it'll fail on vWii, and plus it's legal tools which can be share here.

We fought hard enough to educate users to not share packs of random wad version, we had to fix and help a lot of people in the past because of wads bundled in outdated guides. (like youtube ;__; )
especially when Zelda Skyward sword was released, people shared random version of wads (d2x v7 beta) even after v8 was released because "the pack was the Zelda solution"! instead of suggesting to just... you know...update!

forcing user to replace "slot222" by providing your 222 wad file without knowing if their slot222 is already in use, and with a different setup, is irresponsible.
At least, first ask if the user don't already have base38 installed (maybe on 222, maybe on 223), before forcing an overwrite.

Like you said, Crumaga has 222, even already base38, but v6.
it's a good idea to try v4 just to verify if the version is the problem.
he can replace it himself, it's a good advice. either modmii, or hermes v4 installer? (or do that privately, not sharing wad here)

or does he require "222 v4"? maybe it only works with a hermes v4 cIOS ?
did you try with d2x base38 to confirm it works only with "base38" or only with a "hermes base38"? does it work with 38+37 too?
if it works only with hermes, does hermes base57 work?

He also suggests to use the Configurable USB Loader for his Modifications.

download Hermes cIOS 222, install it and then use CFG USB Loader to change the IOS from 250 to 222-mload.

did any of you two try with d2x base38?
I'll also wait for his reply to testing v4 instead of v6.

Maybe hermes cIOS does something differently for that Error#1?
But lot of other modded games are working fine with d2x, they don't need hermes. so if it really requires hermes, maybe it's relying on it instead of fixing what's wrong with d2x error detection?

If it's only a hermes compatible game, that's too bad for vWii users.

Just Dance Unlimited Party from 2018 (I did not have a Updated or newer Version)
works with all three Loaders.

USBLoader GX with cIOS249 (set in the InGame Settings but it also works with the -1 Option/Use global Settings)
Configurable USBLoader v70r78.11 with (automatically choosed) cIOS250
Wiiflow Lite Mod v5.4.3 with automatic IOS Settings.

Again,my cIOS Setup:
IOS249[57] (rev 21, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250[56] (rev 21, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

and for the Completeness the Hermes Setup:
IOS202[60] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS222[38] (rev 65535, Info: hermesrodries-v6): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS223[37] (rev 65535, Info: hermesrodries-v6): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS224[37] (rev 65535, Info: hermes-v5.1): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

All three Loaders needs the Settings changed to
Language has to be set to ENGLISH
Video Mode has to be set to NTSC.
Please also turn off the emuNAND Save Option.

The (newer) Games has also Issues with Freezing and Crashes,this is known.

Just finished to install v4. Still does not launch with USB Loader GX. Same black screen, but now it freezes the Wii. (I did try NTSC + English in the game setting)
In CFG it just puts a error message about ID (Cyan is apparently a god..)
and in WiiFlow it freezes on the black screen..
I now have the base38 on 222 & 223 (37+38)
I still don't understand why it ain't working whereas it works on Alexander & hadi consoles..

I verified it with Wii Backup Manager, everything sounds fine to him, plus I launched it with Dolphin, everything worked...
Maybe it is my HDD ? But I launched the game on Dolphin via this particular HDD.. I don't understand lmao

CFG loader v 78 11 ==> cios 250 base 57

USB loader gx (version 1271) ==> cios 250 base 57

cios version d2x ==> d2x version 8 final

Unfortunately I found no Confirmation that this Mod is also from Vlad Sineok/Vladik4kides or JustVladik4kides or @vladik4kides.
I have no Idea on which Just Dance Version it bases.

Actual I still got no Luck to get the Game to Work.
I have tried it in a PAL and NTSC Wii.
With USBloader GX and Configurable USBLoader.

Any Hermes cIOS I can get...but I think it has nothing to do with that.
The Game uses IOS56 like many of the Just Dance Games.

So now I am "making" an Game Disc and try it with Neogamma and then with an Chipped Wii.
I keep you informed,my Friend.

Just Dance 2020 Plus has the ID S2PE41.

I thought the two games had the same problem, but maybe UP might work and 2020 Plus is a bad dump.
I downloaded JD 2020 to see if it works with the normal version or if i'm doomed to not dance

Yes,I can confirm this "Dump" is not good.

- Chipped Wii - detects the DVD on the Wii Menu but when started:

(an Error has occurred press the Eject Button and remove the Disc)

- with Neogamma I get (as usual and known from the USBLoader GX):
Error #001:
an unauthorized device has been detected

2020 works will normal settings (nothing forced).
I'll continue to search why UP ain't working tho..
Do you know why it works on dolphin tho? Does that mean a bad dump can work on Dolphin? Crazy.
