if somebody wants to add it, it isnt really that hard. the reason i havent added it myself is just because all the stupid idiot checks that will need to go along with it. it doesnt matter how we tell people that they will need to use the proper IOS and how we put it into the readmii, they still will not listen. it would be only a few lines of code to put this in, but it will require 10x as many lines of code to put in idiot checks. and somehow people will still find a way to fuck it up and make 50 issues about it that i dont feel like deleting. its easier to just say no and let people use the homebrew loader to start triiforce.
If it is as easy as you say can you do me a huge favorite and just sent me the changed code so I can add it to my changes and compile it. Thanks for all the hard work my email address is [email protected] Thanks for the quick anser.
PS I wish I was as smart as you when it comes to doing this. But I am just not. Well I just wanted to add that I don't need a button to change form emulated nand to real nands as I only want to use emulated nands. Thanks again.

Im getting an error - "An error has occurred. Press the EJECT Button and turn off the power to the console. Pelase refer to the Wii Operations Manual for details" when I use Neogamma. If I download USB Loader GX, should this be fixed? This error comes up when I use my ISO and my original as well as when I place my ISO on a USb...please help!

Thanks

Brawl+ support?
You could even hardcode the gameconfig.txt operations, as as far as i know, NO other game uses it for anything important.

@Royusmc's response
Honestly, you expect him to do it for just you? He already said that

I was always told that there is no harm in asking. And he might just do it for me then ask him self why not add this like uloader has. I did not expect any of this awsome software and I do not expect him to do any thing for me. I just wanted to ask and hope for the best. Sorry if I made it sound the wrong way.

wiipower figured out the new ocarina to get brawl plus working on cfg loader without the need to do the snapshop method.. everything loads right off the 1 master gct file

so hopefully gx will get that add in soon

What about savegame emulation like Uloader has, is there plans to add that feature to GX? That would really be awsome.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have a Pal Wii (D2B) modded with Wiikey. It usually run every game, except a few ones, and for those I use USB loaders.
I have a problem with MadWorld PAL. looks like the game is 50hz only, no Pal60 mode or 480p. I use a VGA cable to connect the Wii to my PC Monitor, and it gives me a black screen, because my monitor can't display 50hz.
FYI, I have sound, it's just that the video won't show.
I tried to force video mode using USB loaders, but no success.

Any ideas? Maybe an alternative dol or something could be used?

I have formated my HDD in NTFS. The loader detects the partition but it doesn't dectect the games (they are in SD:/wbfs on .wbfs format). Also I can install games on the HDD but the loader doesn't detect them. What can I do?

How did you name the files? You have the following choices

/wbfs/GAMEID_GameTitle/GAMEID.wbfs
/wbfs/GameTitle [GAMEID]/GAMEID.wbfs
/wbfs/GAMEID.wbfs
/wbfs/GameTitle [GAMEID].wbfs

QUOTE(GolfDude @ Feb 22 2010, 11:32 PM) yay!

914 has 222 v5 support!

edit: hmm it isnt working for me
Wauw, that's some kind of bug report. Now tell me what it does do, what you see, what you've tried and what you expected.

yo r-win:

do you know how to get rid of the "..IOS 236 not found, using 36..etc,etc..." message that may be seen while autobooting to USBLoader GX through Priiloader 0.3 rev48?

It wasn't present with Preloader 0.29 (with the original forwarder that no longer works with Priiloader), I would like my Wii to boot "cleanly" (no errortext momentarily on screen during autoboot). I am willing to GO BACK to Preloader 0.29 if necessary and if possible.

thanks/dank je ;-)

Here's a thought - updates seem to have slowed down a lot - why not branch out and make a USB Loader GX version with power user features such as Triiforce support with one caveat - a change in the license stating no pre-compiled binaries may be distributed by anyone for any purpose other then the developers.

This means that you can add many features sans idiot-proofing with the basic warning stating "This code is not meant for general consumption - You are free to compile and use it but be warned not all features will be fully documented and many of the extra features will not have any checks other then the basic failsafes."

It'd be quite useful for those of us who know how to handle a compiler but are no where near proficient enough to add the advanced features oft requested in, and it'd save you the headaches of having to fix everything so that those of lesser intelligence can't break things.

Feasible? I sure hope so.

Having a bit of a problem installing games to a FAT32 drive.

using the last "non beta" release it usually came up with 100% installed straight away and sat there like a lemon then when it said it was installed the file it had created did not work (understandably)

on the latest build 914 it just says "non" i think in the progress bar.. then comes up with an error message about install failed.

happens on 2 wii's i've tried it on and various disks.

any ideas or is it a known issue at the moment (its been a while since i've attempted to install games from disk)
(if it matters...cfg usbloader installs same games fine)

@pikiwiki: well, we added the debug text to USB GX. You cannot disable it for now, but we might be building something in the forwarder to hide it. Downgrading preloader will not help here...

@thefunkygibbon: known issue for now. Dimok is looking into it. And it says NaN, which means Not a Number

r-win.. first i installed 222 v5 , when i ran rev 914, when i went to start a game, it just black screened and the remote stayed on, so i reverted back to 222 v4 and it worked, and as a test, i installed 223 v5, tried to run it through 223 and got the same results where it didnt work, but did when i switched the settign back to 222 which i reset to v4... both cios's in v5 did not work for me..

The same here. I'm on ntfs.
