Hacking Usb Loader Gx keeps kicking me out to homebrew

i downloaded 2 games then all my games stopped working. I removed the 32 games but that didn't fix it. Here a video of it Please let me know whats wrong.

changed the base to 57 and changed the ios to 149

how do you change the base and ios, i've only ever replaced a stump/dump thingy whatever its called on 149,
