i tried with another usb stick(even though cyan says that usb sticks don't work) , and with another hdd, although on the hdd i had other files too, that's why i put the seagate hdd with nothing but the games inside.

In the settings of your Loader, change the Cios 249 by ios 058, and see the result ??

Is the USB hard drive (external hard drive) plug into port 0 of the Wii?

test another Loader ==> Configurable loader v70 or Wiiflow

SO, configurable loader can't recognise neither the usb stick nor the hdd.
wiiflow does the same with usb loader gx. when i load the game, black screen and then back on the menu.

Is your USB 0 port not defective?

    do a try

Change the cios d2x, and put this version ==> cios d2x-v10-beta53-alt.

Then in the settings of your loader inform your external hard drive that you use port 1

Connect your external hard drive, this time on the usb port 1and result?

im noting that i am using an SD card for booting USB loader, not the HDD itself, not sure if i have to change that. ive tried shifting to 250 and it blackscreens, as well as deletes the games i have within the hard drive after a few attempts.

    Hello,

    @ Xyrasx

    Your syscheck report is OK.

The wii takes up to 2 TB USB media, if I'm not mistaken.

The USB support format 32 (recommended) with "" guiformat fat32 "and use" wii backup manager "to manage the games.

So i should keep it as Fat32 rather than NTSC or WBFS?

for some reason i can only play wii games if i set loader on ios 224. ios 249 and 250 dont work i tried with d2xbeta 52 in both and v8final. ios 251 works for while but after an hour games crash. my wii games work but my gamecube games have problems mario kart double dash works fine but wind waker crahes when i finish the tutorial on how to swing on the ship. i think it could be the iso but just recently mario sunshine crahed saying i need to turn power off and check nintendo gamecube. it could be because my disk drive doesnt work cause i heard some games need a disc inserted. if you can help it would be really appreciated.

Did you use the latest Version (v3.0 r1272) of the USBLoader GX ?

For the USBLoader GX please try to set your Loader´s IOS to 58 (Global Settings -> Loader Settings - Loader´s IOS 58).

Which Kind of USB Device did you use please ? HDD (recommended) or USB Stick/Thumb/Flash or Pen Drive ?
Your USB Device is formatted with FAT32 ?

    Thank you.:)
