I found a .wad version to be installed as a channel, but it had horrible rap music as the music. I'm sure whoever made it liked that music, but at the same time, I'm sure nobody can deny that it doesn't fit the Wii aesthetic at all lol. Hopefully there will be a version with something more Wii-like.

Here I made one with no music:

I think the rap music would be better that this....the noise scared me lol

there an option to install the wad . a few pages back someone had the name for that wad.

I first ripped mario galaxy original disc and it worked fine.
Then i tried a burnt copy of pikmin and it froze at like 60% something.
Restarted the wii and uninstalled mario and now reinstalled pikmin just fine.

Not sure why it hung up but i formatted my 8gb usb drive and it said i had like 3.2 remaining after. I think it hung because maybe only the 3.2 is usbable and mario took most of it.IDK for sure

chill out? dude im chill, was just pointing out some simple facts. also you never asked if it was working, as i see from a direct quote from you, you asked

"Did you hook up a drive with a wbfs partition to another OS or not"

now, i dont see any questions in there asking if it was visibile...

so perhaps its you that needs to chill...

and all drives will be visible, no matter what file system they have on them. if thats all you wanted to know, you could have easily googled for the answer, so in turn, dont tell me to chill out (well now you can because you pissed me off) when you yourself dont even know the question your asking...

1) If you would have scrolled up a couple of posts, instead of butting in right away with some dumbass poster and a totally irrelevant answer, you would have seen the beginning of the conversation and understood the question precisely
2) Linux partitions are not visible in Windows. If that's news to you, then you need to go to school
3) Don't take so much coffee/vicodin/termite spray. It will only make you angrier.

Okay I googled that got some very sketchy results. I really don't want to install random things on my wii. I don't know if it's allowed (so if it isn't I'm sorry) but could someone pm me a download link to new cios wad file or at least an md5 hash sum of it.

If I get only a white screen after loading SSBB through this and sitting through "Now Loading" for 15 seconds or so, does that just mean I need to try redumping it?

What version NTSC, PAL of Metroid Prime 3, my (REAL) NSTC copy wont launch without DISC, so comparing notes as it were....we really should have a compatability thread for Dumpring REAL Copies not premoddified ones, seems like some work for some were others do not.

I have tested the following games:

Wii Sports - Installed and played fine
Animal Crossing CF - Installed fine and played fine. Somehow the date ingame got changed to 01/01/2035 and I had to change it back in the date/time menu.
Fifa 09 - Install Error: This is not a Wii Disc (Game is scrubbed)
Smackdown vs Raw 09 -Install Error: This is not a Wii Disc (Game is Scrubbed)

* Wii Sports was the original game, Animal Crossing was a 1:1 backup and Fifa and SvR09 were scrubbed backups.

One question about the partition issue.

So if i format say a 500gb hard drive but the loader tells me only 120 is free.Does that actual mean only 120 free or can i use the whole 500gb?

I know the loader isnt showing correct numbers but im just wondering.

I have a PAL Wii connected via RGB cable to my non-NTSC TV and there is the old problem with the red video output. It would be nice to have this "force PAL 60" option like in GeckoOS

Maybe in one of the next version.

Besides that this is absolutely great work by waninkoko! Tried about 20 games now and all the Games work! NTSC with red screen, but that's my fucking TVs fault
