Hacking Updated to 12.0.1 + updated atmosphere + patches, black screen

I updated the firmware to 12.1, updated atmosphere to 1.0 (at first I tried overwriting the files but then I read not to do that, so then I moved atmosphere folder and did a clean install), updated the patches in the thread with the latest sigpatches that include 12.1, deleted the sept folder. I figured out I wasn't using the latest fusee.bin but now that I am it does say atmosphere but then black screens.

I don't use any other bootloaders.

Have you also remembered to replace the old fusee-primary.bin in the device you use to send the payload with ?

I had a bunch of apps in the atmosphere/contents and I copied them over I think one of them caused the issue because I reinstalled without them and it's working now.
