Hacking updated 10 1.08, not happy

I was unable to play FFCC:ROF with my old r4 firmware (loaded to a blank white screen) so i updated to 1.08. FFCC:ROF worked, however, now i cant load contra 4, i cant play single card multiplayer on Metroid prime hunters (everyone disconnects after i lock the players in) and elite beat agents freezes in multiplayer in the song material girl (didnt play that before i updated so it might be irrelevant). Metroid prime hunters is trimmed but everything worked fine before the update.

1.08? If that wasn't a typo, the Moogles patch was added in 1.17.
