Yes you can.
You should use the MTCard Launcher because it can run EmuNAND up to 9.4 without need a flashcard inserted.

web exploit no doubt...but no, using the web exploit and gateway launcher, the console will only boot 7.x emunand, if you update past that you will be unable to enter classic mode
