How can I uninstall the GBA agb patch to run GBA games? The 000...CIA. Thanks? Complete uninstall, I don't want to know anything about GBA agb blah blah.

Reinstall the unmodified update file

You should be able to download it from NUS.

Either just delete it, or re-download the unmodified 0004013800000202.cia v3665 from NUS and install that to return it to its original state.
