Hacking Uninstall Cia SysNand Luma 6.6 A9LH

Hello,

i've searched already the forum but only found something about emunand so my question ist about sysnand.

Is it safe to uninstall CIA Games via Data Management or should i uninstall it through FBI; are there any differences between both methods? What is the prefered method?
