Hacking Unable to run Decrypt9WIP.firm via Luma3DS chainloader

It gives me this:

An exception occurred
Processor: ARM9
Exception type: data abort

I have tried googling this issue yet I can't find anything. I was trying to follow this guide:

Unless there's a better way to do all this? My 3DS is using boot9strap.

Edit: I have since fixed the error message but I would still like to know how to get Decrypt9WIP to work.
