Hardware Unable to Clear Parental Control settings (A9lh n3ds) I got my pin

Hi, Im unable to clear parental settings, i got my pin but when i hit "Clear Settings" it's telling me that : To proceed, data must be acquired from the Internet. Verify that you are connected to the Internet (I am) wait at the home menu for a short while without activating Sleed Mode, and then try again. (And i did)

It keep asking me that...

When I did a system transfer I had to try like 5-6 times before it actually communicated with Nintendo and went through...

thanks for the info! i suspect it's because i am on luma cfw and a9lh maybe
