Well, let's imagine that I can do the IOS installation on 249 using Wiimod.

Which should I tick, just in case?

EDIT: I managed to remove IOS222, no error!

Oh shit.
I got a DSI error.
Previously, there wasn't one.
How come suddenly...
No freaking way!
It didn't work with 252 either!

Another thing worth trying.

1. MiiMOD
2. Reload IOS80
3. Make shoot of upper right corner where version is show.

He told me that he got it pre-modded from some store in China.
That's the first I've heard of that.
Ho also told me he got it in 2009. So..it may or may not contain modchip, if my assumption is correct.

He doesn't have the original box either, so that sucks.
Here's some Wii system information, that might help, or just come in as completely useless.

You're right. It DSI crashed.
But I managed to remove IOS222. Does that mean anythng?
WiiMOD
Reload 251 and run:
https://code.google....cios-installer/
Then install in slot 222 using base IOS56.
You mean DOP-Mii?
MiiMOD - http://gbatemp.net/t...272321-wii-mod/
Use it instead MMM, DOP-Mii etc.
This tool is more recent than others and open source so worth advertizing.
Uhh...isn't it the same thing?

Ok, You can remove IOSes but unable to install modified ones.
Now it is time to check how installation of legit IOSes behave.

1. WiiMOD
2. Reload IOS251
3. Remove IOS50 - this one is not used anymore. Was used by SM v3.4 and You are on 4.3.
4. Install IOS50 v5120 - do not apply any patches.

If it works we could try to use TBR method.

Damn, now I can't even load IOS251.
When I do that, it's instant DSI.
IOS252 doesn't give nand permission, so I can't do anything with it.
Should I reinstall IOS222?

Well, it says I can't remove them.
"Nand permission is required, check your IOSs for a valid IOS" or something like that.

Should i just try installing over them without deleting them?

Hovering might not give true IOS abilities - reload method is required.

When (after what actions) did you lost ability to load 251?
