I've got a dsi with a ttdsi card, it's been working fine but my sons just pressed upgrade & now when you start the ds card it just says "An error has occurred. Press & hold the power button to turn the system off" I've downloaded the ttmenu software but can't seem to install it. Any ideas?

go borrow a nintendo DS orginal or lite... and download the v1.4 internal firmware update (not the Kernel file) ... and execute the updater... once you sucessfully update the cart... it should boot now..

Word of warning - I tried it & guess what - it bricked my flashcard, & no matter what I try to do (even 're-flash it' using a slot-2 device) it don't work.

So risk is involved
