Trying to remove CBHC for Tiramisu

Hey guys, I recently got back into the Wii U scene and decided I wanted to update to Tiramisu.

I have a couple small problems with that.
Firstly, my Wii U for some reason has 2 "DON'T TOUCH ME" Applications in my CBHC folder. It's been so long since I did this, that I can't remember why.
The 2 DS Titles that I have on my system are:
Zelda Spirit Tracks
Brain Training

I don't know how or WHY I would have coldboothax on 2 titles, but it seems like I do.

I've already uninstaled coldboothax from zelda, and my Wii U still boots to the CBHC screen, so I was going to uninstall it from Brain Training too, I just thought it best to check with people that know more about this than I do. The thing's stability is already worrying me with the 160-1603 error that a lot of people have been getting, and just today I got a really shitty crash when trying to update homebrew launcher through the app store.

UPDATE: Trusted my gut and removed CBHC from Brain Age. Now my CBHC is gone, my version isn't spoofed and it's back to saying 5.5.5

I'll just delete NDS titles and get started on tiramisu
