Hacking Trouble Migrating to a 512GB Card

Hi,

I've been trying to migrate my SXOS (SX Core) from a 256gb to a 512gb Lexar Card, but I always get the "boot.dat?" error.

I already tried:
- pasting the entire content of the 256gb into the Lexar 512gb (formated as exFat just like the 256gb)
- placing a brand new boot.dat (downloaded from sx os manuals) into the root of the card
- running a complete h2wtest on the card, that found no error on the card
- using a tool called HDRaw Copy Tool to make a image file of the entire 256GB card and then copying it over to the 512GB

Any other ideas on what I could do to get this 512GB card working with SXOS? I really think the card is fine and I'm doing something wrong

I had some problems with the Lexar cards, as they were not detected by SX. Only help was to change to another SD card...
