Excellent feedback sir!Hey @mattytrog, I'm really digging the red splash screen to differentiate the type of booting. A few minor things:
As always thank you for the work you put into this stuff for us!
- The text on the info screen has a red background while the rest of that screen has a black background. The info is still readable, though it's a bit harder to see. I'm guessing that's a byproduct of the splash screen implementation. At your leisure, any way to get that back to black?
- I think this was previously mentioned, but if you go into the + menu and back to the main screen everything but the battery and SD card icons is missing.
- Super duper minor, but you mentioned you would fill the framebuffer with FF0000, but the Nintendo Switch red color is E60012. Any possibility of using the Switch red here?
I'm genuinely grateful. Thought I'd ironed out all red artefacts yep easily sorted.
Noted about the switch red colour.
The only thing that disappears is the "buttons" legend. It is a single asset.
My logic was people only need to see it the once. O they than that, keep it a stock look.
Should I keep it showing all the time? I can do.
I'm really enjoying doing this. A few tinnies and notepad++ is a good evening for a middle aged idiot!
I just need to know what to improve. But that few people use this, or a chip, it's hard getting feedback!
