Hey guys!
So here's what I did:
Went into Homebrew Channel.
Started Homebrew Browser.
Successfully downloaded "Quake" onto my 500GB External Hard Drive.
Returned to Homebrew Channel.
Started "Quake"
The bar with the "Loading" comes up, gets to 100%, exits Homebrew Channel to start Quake
Black screen comes up. 3 seconds later, all this weird white text appears and I'm told to reboot.
The white text was basically telling me that the Wii had crashed. Did I do something wrong? My Western Digital 500GB MyBook should be working for both Wii games AND Homebrew. Is it because I need to run Homebrew off an SD card?
The weird thing is, GBA/NES/SNES emulators work perfectly, and EVERYTHING is stored on my 500GB external hard drive. So I don't know what's going on...
oh also, the same thing happens when I try to load a video from Youtube off WiiMC. Like, when I go to "Top 10 Youtube Comedy Videos" and try to load a video, it would go to that black screen with white text (aka crashed), and I would have to restart my Wii.
What's going on?
