Hacking Translating Twilight Princess problem

Hello, it's my first post here, so I hope I will state everything clearly and not confuse anyone

I want to translate Twilight Princess for the Wii into Polish languange, but I encountered a few problems. I found game text files using Wiiscrubber, in "Msgus", encrypted them using Yaz0 and later rarcdump, and got bmgres folders.

So... I opened them using SZS Modifier and.... everything I found is in Japanesse alphabet (katakana etc.).
I'm new to translating things and I don't have much experience in hacking games (only edited SSBB some times and few PC games) so I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

Shouldn't the text be in english or sth? Well, mabe I'm just a newbie and don't know about sth.

Could you please explain me whay should I do?

Make sure you have the US or European game to make sure it's in English so you would just translate from that? And not the Japanese version one.
