Hacking Translate Japanese onto Tatsunoko vs Capcom

I'm a new here and I don’t understand how to get the English language wording onto Tatsunoko vs Capcom

I know the mini in game menu (pause) has it but the main menus are a different story


I'm using Homebrew channel (latest as of Jan 6, 2009)

Booting using Gecko OS 1.7



I see Tutorials like this on the web...

Unfortunately I don’t understand the terms of "patch" and "IOS" or how to go about doing it

Or even understand how to install WiiFrii or Region frii or Waninkoko's v2.3b, IOS patcher 1.1 or even Brickblocker
the explanations are so bland and not clear

PLEASE HELP ME!

If able could anyone please break it down for me in detail, STEP BY STEP on how to go about this in Idiot terms?........

If I remembered correctly, there's no Japanese-to-English patch for this game.
