Homebrew Transferring from cart to SD?

Is it possible to transfer the save from my cart to my SD version? I tried moving it over but when I opened it on my SD it said the game save wasn't compatible. Thanks!

Use JKSM to move between carts and digital versions.

Nintendo also made an app that transfers cartridge saves to sd saves. It's on the eshop of thats easier.

EDIT: Nvm looks like you tried already if thats what you meant by moving.

YOu could also just go into FBI -> Titles -> 1st menu option at the top -> Browse save data -> Click Current Directory -> Copy -> Back out and into the Downloaded Version -> Click browse save data again -> Click Current Directory -> Paste (It will overwrite whats there already). Done
